Tommy Lee-1-819x1024Thomas Lee Bass, a Greek-American musician, who was one of the original members of Motley Crue's metal band, is an American-Greek American musician. In addition to being the group's long-term drummer Lee was the founder of the rap metal band Methods of Mayhem and has been involved in solo projects. Lee supports PETA as well as animal rights. Lee has written Terry Prather in protest of Tilikum's treatment in the year 2010. Lee believed that the animal should be freed and stated that SeaWorld would not comply since Tilikum is their main source of sperm. Lee wrote that he was horrified by SeaWorld's cruel and devious methods of obtaining Tilikum Sperm. Lee stated that he wanted to prevent more trainers from suffering death, as these deaths were due to the whales' aversion towards captiveization.
